NOTE: No Tequila can be aged for exactly 'x' time and end up with the exact same depth of flavor, notes, and aroma - so we spend a great deal of time ensuring our Tequilas match what you have become accustomed to sipping, from the first bottle to the next, hence the reason for the variance in aging.
